Afeat Hair Salon
Please make time to read our Terms and Conditions as well as our In-Salon Policies before visiting and making an appointment with us. As a small growing business these T&Cs and in-salon policies keep us safe, as well as keep us established as a business. We have the right to refuse entry and refuse your booking if these terms are not met by our customers, whether they are new or existing.
Booking
Afeat Hair Salon requires a 10% deposit payment on completion of your appointment.
An SMS text reminder will be sent 48 hours before your booking.
Please confirm YES or contact us immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer another client that time slot.
We accept cash, direct debit, Afterpay, Visa, and MasterCard.
Cancellation
& Reschedule
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hour’s notice.

If the booking is cancelled, rescheduled or no-show within 24 hours, 10% of service cost will be required.
Late Arrival
At Afeat Salon we aim to run on time, however, we are aware that things can get in the way and both clients and our team can run late.
If you are more than 15 minutes late we may decline your appointment due to its effect on subsequent bookings after yours.
If this happens, you will incur a fee of 10% of the service cost.
Complimentary Adjustment
We offer complimentary adjustment services within two weeks of your service.
Simply tell us your concerns and we will arrange an appointment for whatever adjustments may be required.
Referrals
A 10% Discount will apply to your next visit for all loyalty referrals.
Our price structure reflects the educational level and practical experience of our stylists and colourists.
Weekend, Public Holidays Surcharge
10% will apply to your total services.
Children
Children will be charged at full price for Weekend appointments.
